Aside from 38 years experience in general contracting, building, and roofing, Michael Bernsteins knowledge was based on the foundations that his father had laid down for him in this industry. Holding two state certifications, Michael has been a past president of the Remodeling Council of Tampa, and he has also helped writing the State Energy Code of Florida, various building codes, as well as Arbitration and City of Tampa Flood Codes. He was also asked to help write and review the Florida State Contractors Exam.
